Delete your ShiftLog account
ShiftLog. A product by SOFTAIN TECHNOLOGIES. This page explains how signed-in users delete an account in the Android app. It does not perform automated web-based deletion.
Delete the account in the Android app
Signed-in users can delete their account inside the Android app:
Settings → Delete account
The current Android app supports complete in-app deletion for the signed-in account. Use that in-app flow to delete the account.
What the in-app deletion flow removes
- Firebase Authentication account
- Firestore account data (profile, shift types, attendance, and notes)
- Account-scoped Room data
- Account-scoped sync-operation data
- Matching linked-account state
What is not deleted
- Guest data is not deleted.
- Other users' data is not deleted.
- CSV files already exported by the user are not deleted.
- Android or Google backups already created outside the app are not deleted by the in-app flow or by this web page.
Recent login requirement
Firebase may require recent authentication before it will delete an account. If that happens:
- Deletion is not treated as successful.
- You remain signed in.
- Sign in again.
- Retry deletion from Settings → Delete account.
